I still say that dio's a little boring and need something!
as for spray painting foam, just do layers of mists over it, it might work, dont quote me on it, I wont have tried it until tomorrow
The brick veneer is a thin 3D textured sheet that I glue (white glue works well - gives plenty of work time) to foam core board. then I just black wash it to the darkness I want.

I can cut the brick to any size wall I need. These sheets come in 11x17 and should be able to be found in any hobby store in the doll house section.

Hey, madadman, I replied to your email.
And also, I managed to get all the glue off, so now the pieces are good as new!
Thanks a million, Daj! Really really appreciate it!
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Yeah, I've seen that dio, Drau. Very very cool! That's definitly an option but I'm looking to get very rock hard textured, 3D effect. I've been looking at some of the individual bricks that Verlinden sells. They're nice - but expensive.Originally posted by Drau:

I might be having a flashback, but I remember getting bricks from a hobby shop that were glued to a mesh backing. You just cut them to the shape you wanted. I guess they were for doll houses.
Yeah, that sounds familiar to me too. I had a kit that sounds similar to that but it was so unruly to use I gave up on it.
